We had heard about luak coffee through the movie “The Bucket List” and were really keen on trying it. Luak coffee is made from coffee beans that have been eaten and excreted by an Indonesian Civet cat. In other parts of the world this coffee can be extremely expensive, but because the Cat is endemic to Indonesia, we were able to sample a cup for next to nothing. And it was a good thing too, as a sip or two was enough for most of us.
